Get ready for a brand-new spring tradition in Harrison, Arkansas! Chili Con Creekside is an ICS Certified Chili Cook-Off and community festival taking place at the scenic Creekside Amphitheater on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

This family-friendly event brings together chili cooks from across the region to compete in multiple chili categories while the public enjoys a full day of food, music, and fun at one of Harrison’s premier outdoor venues.

?️ Chili Cook-Off

Cooks will compete in the following categories:

Red Chili

Homestyle Chili

Verde (Green Chili)

Salsa

The competition follows International Chili Society (ICS) Certified guidelines, welcoming everyone from seasoned competitors and restaurants to first-time cooks. No membership is required to compete.

? Chili Tasting

The public is invited to sample a variety of chili entries during Chili Tasting Hours from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Tasting tickets will be available on-site while supplies last.

? Festival Atmosphere

In addition to the cook-off, Chili Con Creekside will feature:

Live music on the Creekside Amphitheater stage

A beer tent and beverages (hosted in partnership with the Harrison Elks Lodge)

Food trucks and local vendors

Family-friendly lawn seating and open green space

An awards ceremony at 3:30 PM, recognizing competition winners

Chili Con Creekside is proudly hosted by Explore Harrison and benefits the Harrison Boone Lodge #314 and Camp Jack Veteran’s Center, supporting local organizations that serve our community.
