Welcome to Silent Night. Silent Night attempts to bridge the gap between nordic style play, and brutal boffer combat. Silent Night is not for the faint of heart. Throughout the experience participants will be faced with moral challenges, and real physical and emotional struggles. In Silent Night, you will play the role of a person living in a post apocalyptic world. You will struggle to survive and to rebuild a community.
Set 20 years after what would seem to have been “the apocalypse” humanity is rebuilding. IF, the Internal Forces, is the consolidation of remaining US, Canadian and Mexican forces that made it back to the homeland. With each nation unable to support the logistical efforts of controlling these forces, emergency protocols were put in place to allow regional commanders to make decisions.
In Silent Night, Episode 7 - "Blood For Blood"
We've rented a block of rooms for Friday and Saturday night at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Oxford, about 25 minutes from site. Slightly to the contrary of the hotels wishes we plan to squeeze 6 people to a room (there’s a convenient back door to sneak people in) this hotel has a pool and is right across the street from Oxford Casino which has a bar, great games and a surprisingly good restaurant. A continental breakfast is also included with the stay.
7:00pm - Optional, but encouraged, Pregame Workshop will be done over dinner Friday night at the Smokin' J's BBQ
7:00am - Check in at site with game on at
7:30am - Game on till 10:00 or 11:00 pm followed by a short post game debrief.
Staff will set up Friday and clean up site on Sunday morning (help welcome of course) Players would be welcome on site to set up or clean up Friday and Sunday.
For the full experience the cost is $110 which is $70 for the two nights at the hotel and $40 for the game itself.

My 2 cents, if you can swing it, join in the hotel fun, I think us all being together enhances the chances of starting on time and will greatly enhance the fun. If money is a barrier, let Doug or I know and we can probably work something out. This is such an amazing community, and we're better together :).
