Before the burgers, the lake days, and the chaos… let’s take a moment to honor the servicemen and women among us, and remember those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy today.
We've had folks do The Murph in the past too, so we'll have it written up on the board for anyone that wants to join.

We’ll get a great workout in together (7:15am or 8:30am), sweat a little, suffer a little, laugh a lot, and start the holiday the right way.

We’re only open for a few hours, so get in, get it done, and get on with your Memorial Day plans.
