This will be a catered meal so everyone attending will have to RSVP here BY JANUARY 3rd . If you do not RSVP and prepay by January 3rd you will not be guaranteed dinner, but you can still pay at the door for entry. 

$25.00 per person (Please pre-pay!!!) - UMTR South Members get (1) Free entry.  Entry includes beer, soda, water, roast beef, turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, salad and dinner rolls. 
We will accept cash or check at the track or you can pay via PayPal. PLEASE SELECT THE FRIENDS & FAMILY OPTION IF USING PAYPAL TO AVOID FEES.

Details for the practice tree race:
1 entry = $25
5 entries (same person) = $100
Buybacks = $10
We will have a 2nd race, time allowing, after this one for less $
Pays out to winner and RU
1st round only,  you'll get 2 practice hits.  3rd hit is a race.  
Race will be off the clutch pedal, NOT a button.   No adjustments to the box.    Delay will be at zero, rollout will be preset.

As always, door prizes are needed. Please start working on gathering those now, feel free to bring them with you to our races for the rest of the season or on the night of the banquet.
