- **Event Description**: We will meet with leaders in Pennsylvania's General Assembly about Jewish students and faculty facing Jew-hatred, plus indoctrination.About this EventJoin ZOA in Harrisburg to Meet With State Lawmakers!Don’t miss this rare opportunity!On May 7, Greater Philadelphia ZOA will have our first Harrisburg Lobbying Mission to appeal to leaders in the Pennsylvania General Assembly to help Jewish students and faculty who are suffering in the commonwealth’s K-12 schools, and on campuses throughout the state. We also want to help all Pennsylvanians, since indoctrinated students who are taught to hate and believe lies are a danger to us all.You can join up at 9:30 am with those of us coming by bus from Philadelphia that morning.  We already have meetings set up with many lawmakers in the Senate and House who are chairs or ranking members of pertinent committees, and we plan to meet with eight or nine lawmakers in total. We will be asking for specific actions, including introducing and sponsoring legislation that Greater Philadelphia ZOA is initiating, and to hold hearings similar to the hearing the U.S. House held which exposed the malfeasance and tolerance of Jew-hatred by university presidents.Joining us will be Zionists and those who want to stop Jew-hatred and indoctrination in education from elsewhere in the commonwealth.We will have a break for lunch in the Capitol dining room (those who observe kashrut may bring their own lunch) during the day, then resume our lobbying meetings. We plan to leave the Capitol Complex at 3:30 p.m.SPACE IS LIMITED as we plan to limit the mission to 30 participants. Please participate in this event as we work to remedy and reform serious problems in education that impact the Jewish community and the general public.
