This class focuses on body mechanics, alignment, and practical application, making internal principles tangible and trainable. The results will be effective for improving posture, balance, flexibility, and overall vitality. No mysticism, just method. You’ll learn how to connect your movements, generate power, and apply techniques with real-world clarity — whether you’re training for health, martial arts, or personal development.
