Start by creating five essential oil roller blends inspired by the book I Am Fabulous. Each blend comes with a clear protocol to help identify and release unhelpful patterns, and you’ll learn the emotional, physical, and energetic properties of each oil so your blends are practical tools you can use at home.

Enjoy a healthy, seasonal lunch, thoughtfully prepared to keep you energized and nourished.

In the afternoon, we’ll explore NLP-based exercises using your blends and affirmations to reinforce positive habits and patterns in daily life. The day concludes with a sound immersion, a guided experience that helps you relax, integrate the day’s work, and leave feeling clearer and more centered.

About your instructors:
Hannah guides the essential oil workshop, bringing years of hands-on experience with blends, plant-based wellness, and practical self-care practices. Kelsey specializes in NLP and sound-based therapy, helping participants move through mental and emotional blocks with clarity and ease. Together, they create a balanced, hands-on experience that combines education, reflection, and guided practice.

All materials are included, and group size is limited to ensure personal guidance and attention. This workshop provides practical tools, useful knowledge, and a meaningful, fully supported experience you can carry forward.
