Join the BCSC Native Heritage Series 21st Annual Spring Thaw Powwow!

A powwow is a contemporary Native American social gathering which includes dancing, singing, drumming, and food. The origins of powwows grew from Native Plains tribes and have been adopted across various Native communities. Brown’s Spring Thaw Powwow is organized by the Native Heritage Series program of the Brown Center for Students of Color (BCSC) and facilitated with the help and support of Natives at Brown (NAB).
