Chaharshanbe Suri — Fire Jumping Ritual
A gentle fire ceremony for releasing the old and welcoming vitality
Participants may jump the fire or simply witness and set intention
Traditional treats will be served

Nowruz — Persian New Year / Spring Equinox
We will be observing Nowruz in the shop both days
A Haft-Seen table will be on display
This symbolic altar honors life, sweetness, health, wisdom, renewal, and abundance
A quiet space to pause, reflect, and welcome the new year together
Light refreshments and treats will be offered
A time to welcome the New Year, set intentions, and celebrate spring

Sizdah Bedar — Wishes & Manifestations, Celebrate Nature
Visitors are invited to stop by during the day to tie knots in the sabzeh (greens)
Each knot represents a wish, prayer, or release for the year ahead
After work, the sabzeh will be brought to Glen Falls, returning the greens — and our intentions — back to nature
