True gratitude arises from humility & wholeness, a sense of connection to all life & the earth around us. Jodi Good (https://www.foresttherapypa.com/team.html) helps us restore our connection to the natural world through a session of Forest Therapy. Expand your senses, open your heart, give and receive the generous gifts of accepting your place in the natural world.RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring your lunch to enjoy with the group at the start of the session while we get to know each other. Where comfortable clothing & shoes. Layers are suggested. Tea & seasonal treats will be offered at the end of the program.ACCESSIBILITY/PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: This program is mildly exertive but can be adapted to accomodate less activity.
