Forest Therapy: Gratitude & Giving in Nature

DONATIONS: Programs are offered on a free-will donation basis, but participants are kindly requested to consider a $20/person minimum donation to support our mission, facilities & care for the wilderness. Those who are able to contribute help ensure that access to the healing power of nature is available to all.

DESCRIPTION: The harvest season has traditionally been a time to express gratitude for the bounty & benevolence of the nature. True gratitude arises from humility & wholeness, a sense of connection to all life & the earth around us. Jodi Good ( https://www.foresttherapypa.com/team.html) helps us restore our connection to the natural world through a session of Forest Therapy. Expand your senses, open your heart, give and receive the generous gifts of accepting your place in the natural world.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring your lunch to enjoy with the group at the start of the session while we get to know each other. Where comfortable clothing & shoes. Layers are suggested. Tea & seasonal treats will be offered at the end of the program.

ACCESSIBILITY/PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: This program is mildly exertive but can be adapted to accomodate less activity.
