Running has been a HUGE part of my life – the highs, the freedom, the joy! But after a hip injury forced me to stop, I learned just how essential yoga and recovery practices are for every runner’s body and mind.
That’s why I’m so excited to offer my Yoga for Runners Day Workshop this September!
� Sunday 7th September
� 11am – 4:30pm
� Park Hall, Harpenden

• 2hr cross-training practice
• Lunch at Brad and Dills in the Park
• 90min interactive workshop (stretching, fascia, psychology, training cycles & take-home handout)
