11.45am: “Keep more money - energy saving tips” talk by Citizens Advice St Albans District

12.00 noon: "Quick and filling winter warmers" live cooking demonstration with cook Vasha Manohitharajah, Bethany Church and assisted by Harpenden Town Mayor, Cllr Beth Fisher

Everyone coming along on the day will be in with a free chance to win an air fryer, don't forget to pick up your raffle ticket when you arrive.

This drop-in event is open to everyone and is designed to connect you with practical information, wellbeing support and local opportunities. Come along to ask questions, pick up helpful information or simply find out what support is available in your community.
