We’ll begin with a one‑hour yoga flow suitable for all levels—an energising blend of breath, stretch, strength and balance to awaken your whole body. Our yoga session will conclude with a deeply relaxing meditation.
After yoga, enjoy wholesome breakfast bowls to nourish from the inside out. Expect a delicious spread featuring homemade granola, creamy chia pudding, vibrant smoothies, and other fresh, feel‑good dishes. It’s the ideal moment to slow down, connect, and savour nutritious food in a relaxed setting.
