Sound Bath

Lie down, relax and drift off to the soothing sounds of Quartz crystal bowls, ethereal improvised vocals and chimes.

Soundbaths offer you a nurturing space to find deep relaxation. They can aid in regulating the nervous system, quietening the mind and improving your overall sense of wellbeing.

For this hour, you need to nothing. Make yourself comfortable, lie down and let the sound vibrations work their magic

What to bring:

• Anything you might need to make a comfortable space to lie down for an hour e.g:
• Yoga mat/ camping mat
• Blanket
• Cushions
• Eye mask
• Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas welcome!

Doors open at 16:45. Please arrive then to set up your space and get comfortable.

The Sound Bath will start at 5pm

This event is not suitable for everyone. Please contact your doctor before attending if you have:

• pacemaker
• epilepsy
• severe mental health conditions
• women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy
