Matrescence Plus is an antenatal wellbeing group for expectant parents in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
This intimate six-week course invites mothers, birthing people, and their support partners to explore the emotional and practical journey into parenthood.

Each 2-hour session offers open, honest conversations around life with a newborn: bonding and baby care, dividing responsibilities, postnatal mental wellbeing, journalling, building your village, and navigating unrealistic expectations (including the social media trap).

Facilitated by Sandra Clayson (NCT and Ten Moons Birth Wisdom) & Laura Bentley (Dragonfly Wellness UK CIC).
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are able to offer this course at a discounted rate while we test and learn from it.
