I find walking to be a great way of sharing, it's less pressure than sitting face to face with someone, and something about being outside and moving the body helps with processing whatever it needs to, the words just seem to flow and before you know it your watching a flower bloom, the river flow or listening to the birds singing, or joining in with the warmth and laughter of the beautiful souls that walk alongside you 🫶🏻
