Takes place as per usual at Church House, Sawbridgeworth.  Join us for one of our monthly free community sound healing journey’s.  Come and relax to the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and several unique instruments.

We shall also provide free teas, hugs and chats afterwards.
