The trails are built and maintained by the City of Harlingen Parks and Recreation Department and the Valley Off-Road Bicycling Association, an IMBA local chapter. 

Join us for a ride around the Harlingen Arroyo Trails, which offer both paved and off-road options. This is a no-drop ride of approximately 10 miles, with different groups based on rider skill level.
