Classic Car Show

Join us for a day of nostlagia and horsepower at our 2nd Annual Classic Car show, celebrating vintage vehicles from the 1970's and earlier. Whether you're a car enthusiast or a collector, this event promises something for everyone!

This event is limited to 66 cars. All car makes and models, foreign and domestic, accepted. Each car registered will receive a dash plaque. Trophies/Awards will be awarded for the following categories:

· Best Vintage Car (pre-1940’s)

· Best Antique Car (1940-1960)

· Best Muscle Car/Hot Rod (Mid 1960’s-Early 70’s)

· Best Modern Classic Car (1970’s)

· Best Custom Car (any car with three or more significant modifications to the body, engine and/or interior, including custom paint jobs, blowers, turbos, low riders, custom interiors, custom bodies, rat rods)

· People’s Choice Award

· Participant’s Choice Award

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the following:

Event Participant Services Agreement

Parks and Recreation

This agreement is for (your name) ________________________________ to participate in Towamencin’s Car Show Event taking place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 9:00AM-12:30PM. This event will be held at Fischer’s Park located at 2235 Bustard Road, Lansdale, PA 19446. Please arrive between 8:00AM-8:30AM and promptly check in at registration. Parking will be available for all classic cars in the paved parking lot. Spectators must park in the field adjacent to the paved parking lot.

1. Payment and Terms. A $20.00 fee will be collected per car. Refunds are only granted if the event is cancelled by Towamencin Township due to weather concerns, park conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances will be determined by Friday, June 27th at 12PM.

3. Staging. Towamencin Township will provide a clean and safe area for the event. I agree to protect any and all of my valuables on the property. I understand alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

4. Release and waiver. I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Towamencin Township, its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses, and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this event.

5. Photography and publicity release. I agree to allow Towamencin Township to photograph the event. At the conclusion of the event, I agree to allow use of all such photographs for reference and marketing purposes.

6. General provisions. Towamencin Township has the right to reject any car that we feel contains lewd, salacious, racist, politically abrasive, or sexist propaganda or materials.

This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.
