Get ready to indulge in a unique wine tasting experience like no other. This event will take you on a journey of flavors and aromas, where you'll learn to identify different wine characteristics and enhance your tasting skills.Jon will teach an in depth wine deduction class. Jon will buy all wines for the class. We will deduce 4-8 wines. Start at 6pm and finish by 8:30pm.This class is a little different than the usual "free" version.  The collective proceeds from the class will give Jon the ability to purchase exceptional wines to teach on a particular theme or to splurge on a high end wine most of us would not choose to purchase on our own.      Participants will be blind tasting the wines and will be expected to use the deductive process to aid in identifying the wine.  Basic wine deductive skills preferred but not necessary.We will base the deductive process off of Court of Master Sommeliers Level 2 Certification.We will use the Wine Folly book as a guide.Jon will provide dinner.  The default will be pizza and salad from Pizza King, however we are open to suggestions.

                "description": "The concept is simple.Members are to bring a bottle of wine of their own choosing, whether expensive or cheap, commercial or artisanal, local or of a land far away.
