The celebration is very simple. At 7pm local time, you light a candle. This candle could represent your own baby, or maybe it celebrates the life of someone else’s babies, you know. Even if you  don't know anyone who has lost a baby to pregnancy or infant loss, you can still certainly partake in this beautiful celebration.
