📍Life Moves Yoga, Harker Heights, TX

Whether you’re brand new to sound or looking to deepen your practice, this 30-hour accredited certification will equip you with the knowledge and hands-on skills to begin offering sound healing — or take your existing offerings to the next level.

You’ll learn from two seasoned practitioners and best-selling co-authors of Seasons of Sound — Julie Afsahi and Jessica Cross — through grounded, supportive mentorship.

🎶 What’s inside:
Foundations, history & science of sound healing
Hands-on time with crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes & more
How to create and lead 1:1 and group sound baths
Trauma-sensitive practices and integration of breathwork, mudra & meditation
A final practicum with real-time feedback
Certified Sound Healer certificate + 30 CE hours (Yoga Alliance & CMA)

Sound healing isn’t about performance — it’s about moving stagnant energy, calming the nervous system, and creating space for true rest and renewal. 💛
