Sugar Rush is a 5k race, a 1-mile fun run, and a 1-mile walk. Can't make it to Hardin, Montana or make it to the fairgrounds this year to run the Sugar Rush? No worries, we are still offering the virtual option this year. Sign up, run the certified Strava route (for those in Big Horn County), or run/walk a 5k/1mile on any course you choose, even a treadmill! You can run the virtual race anytime between April 20th 12:00 AM to April 26th 12:00 PM, just be sure to register before March 20th to guarantee you get a T-shirt.

Our Goal is to:
1. Raise awareness of the rapid growth of diabetes in our region
2. Raise funds so we can offer a prevention program for our at risk patients
3. Provide a healthy, fun activity for our community.

Because we have identified diabetes as a major health factor in Big Horn County this is one area we will seek to make an impact. Our mission at One Health is to provide quality, accessible health care for the whole community. We believe a true culture of health is achieved primarily outside the doors of the clinic. It is instilling healthy habits in our patients, providing education, and creating safe places for this transformation to occur. Together we can make a difference in our community.
