1:00 - Opening Circle - Gentle Yoga - Breathwork
2:00 - Sound Bath - Snacks - Journaling
3:30 - Walking Meditation - Forest Bath
4:00 - Nature Based Art Therapy 
5:30 - Closing Circle - Optional Evening Swim
