 This three-day mental wellness boot camp is designed to promote mental health awareness, foster community support, and enhance understanding of sexual and reproductive health. The program includes a variety of activities such as group therapy sessions, discussions, games, and social events like a bonfire night. Each day is structured to balance educational content with interactive experiences.
