WARNING: UNDER CONSTRUCTION There is no shame when a building is under construction or we're restructuring a room or even when we demo a whole space to create new. So why do we hold shame when we are doing that for ourselves?
Healing can look like isolation, not showing up, uncharacteristic behaviors, people leaving, circles changing, crying, depression, Fight or Flight, brain fog, physical illness so much more. It gets UgLy, it gets good. Healing is a process, but we are doing the hard work! We are demolishing, reconstructing & rebuilding a new space to live in. Healing is UgLy but its also Brave, its also Courageous and its also Necessary!
