- **Event Description**: WARNING: UNDER CONSTRUCTION There is no shame when a building is under construction or we're restructuring a room or even when we demo a whole space to create new. So why do we hold shame when we are doing that for ourselves?
Healing can look like isolation, not showing up, uncharacteristic behaviors, people leaving, circles changing, crying, depression, Fight or Flight,  brain fog, physical illness so much more. It gets UgLy, it gets good. Healing is a process, but we are doing the hard work! We are demolishing, reconstructing & rebuilding a new space to live in. Healing is UgLy but its also Brave, its also Courageous and its also Necessary! 

Come join me on my UgLy healing journey. The 1st one of these workshops was absolutely amazing so we decided to do it again! With an honest open mindset we'll explore the hard reality of healing and how to find true beauty in it. Brittany Edie from  Graceful Balance Wellness will be helping us calm the mind with breathwork & Christ Centered Yoga-Then we're going to Art!?
