Whether you’re a longtime Y member or have never stepped into a group exercise class before, this is the perfect chance to try it out—FREE. Experience the energy, meet our instructors, and find a class you’ll love.

Saturday, January 24
• 8:00 AM – BodyPump
• 9:00 AM – Cycle
• 9:15 AM – BodyCombat
• 10:15 AM – Tone

Sunday, January 25
• 11:30 AM – GRIT
• 12:15 PM – BodyBalance
