Drew Kennedy Charitable Concert on December 29, 2025 at 7 PM at Hanover High School
Drew Kennedy, a former Nighthawk graduate from the class of 1998 will come back to the “Nest” for a night of song and story. He will be performing a seventy five minute acoustic show. This will be a charitable concert with all proceeds going back to the Hanover High School music department. No gold cards will be accepted.

Drew Kennedy is a Texas-based troubadour whose songwriting and performing career spans more than 25 years. He’s released eleven albums, authored a novel, and built a catalogue of songs anchored in road-worn Americana framed with his unique brand of storytelling. In addition to his solo work, Drew also has played a hand in the creation of two annual music festivals— The Red River Songwriters’ Festival as well as the Marathon Songwriters Festival. His songs have been recorded by other artists as well, including Cody Johnson, Nate Smith, Tyler Hubbard, Brantley Gilbert, Anderson East, Lori McKenna, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Randall King, Jason Eady (featuring Patty Loveless), Patrick Droney, Leslie Jordan (featuring The Milk Carton Kids), and RaeLynn. As a singer/songwriter he tours relentlessly, having played to audiences that vary from major festivals to small listening rooms all across both the United States and Europe.
