Disco Party Yoga

Grab your best friends or best yoga buddies and experience this class which will include traditional yoga poses presented in a vinyasa or flow style, and will be set to disco music!!

Get ready for a joyful, uplifting, energizing practice which may even include some elements of dance and laughter.

Suitable for all levels of practitioners, adaptations will be offered for beginners. Dress comfortably and get ready to flow and stretch to the sounds of the 70’s. Bell bottoms and sequins are optional !
