Right now, many diabetic patients are unable to access the care and support they need due to barriers in treatment availability, regional accessibility, and other factors. We want to change that.

We are currently working with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to establish a sucessful transition program for youth-to-adult diabetes clinic.


WHO: Any passionate community members welcome!

FOOD AND DRINKS: Dartmouth Dining and Lou's will provide refreshments and light snacks for all event participants! More corporate sponsors TBA soon!

We're partnering with Positive Tracks, a nonprofit organization that equips youth to build and lead athletic events designed to champion causes they care about most. In addition to helping us organize the event, they are also providing this fundraising site for free and matching up to $1000 that we raise!
