Aerial Slow Deep Fusion

This yoga class blends together slow-flowing movement, supported deep stretch, and gentle restorative style yoga postures using the Aerial Hammock. This class is designed for those looking to slow down, stretch deeply, and have a meditative experience. If you have already participated in Slow Flow, Slow Deep Fusion, Yin, or Restorative yoga, adding the aerial hammock can enhance your experience.

This class will focus on using the fabric to assist in opening your body especially the shoulders, hips, and spine.

Rules for Aerial Classes: No chewing gum permitted. All jewelry including wedding rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings must be removed prior to class. Jewelry can cause injury to self and also damage the fabric. Minimum age to participate is 14 years of age.
