*Please Note: Spiritual fasting is the voluntary abstinence from food OR other distractions to deepen one's connection with God and focus on spiritual matters. It is a spiritual discipline used to humble oneself, seek guidance, show repentance, and grow in faith. 

We recognize not everyone can do a fast from food, and may have health limitations. You can choose to fast from activities like social media, entertainment such as: TV series, movies, video games or other indulgences that distract you from your spiritual life. Or a partial fast from specific foods or drinks: sugary sweets, carbs, soda etc. The goal is to replace something with more time in your Bible, praying and spending time in His presence; leaning on Him during the 21 days.
