High-Impact Overview - NEPIRC Hanover Twp.

NEPIRC’s High-Impact Leadership Program is designed for employees who are taking on more challenging job assignments and leadership responsibilities. NEPIRC created this interactive learning experience that involves classroom discussion, multiple assessments (in class and virtually), case studies, dynamic lectures, group activities and performance coaching. Participants will receive feedback about their personality style, emotional intelligence and leadership behavior. This program is only open to those who have completed at least 24 hours of NEPIRC’s Leadership Development Essentials training. High-Impact Leadership is eligible for WEDnetPA funding.
