"Sew"... Sit-N-Stitch met on Saturday, January 17th at 10:00am here. It was a ginormous success with over a dozen attendees, both male and female, young and old. AND we are going to do it again on Saturday, February 28th from 10:00am to 12:00 pm.
What is Sit-N-Stitch? Don’t be thrown off by the name. It is whatever you want it to be for YOU. Don’t have any desire to sew? No problem. Bring any ole project you’d like to work on. Maybe you knit, crochet, embroider, paint, draw, etc. Don’t have any interest to craft or do handiwork? Great. Come socialize and join us for refreshments.
What is the Purpose of Sit-N-Stitch? Well it is simple. Our aim is to gather together and enjoy the fellowship with one another. That’s it! But as an added bonus, perhaps you have a project you’ve been struggling with. We are here to help! Several of us are available to assist you and also teach anyone who might like to learn a new hobby such as sewing, quilting, crocheting, knitting, needlework, doll making etc., BUT do NOT feel obligated to anything other than to have a really great time.
