Sew Powerful

Ladies are welcome to come fellowship and have a great time helping serve the Lord whether you can sew or not. There are many opportunities with cutting, ironing, embellishing, and more. If you want to stay over lunch, feel free to bring something to eat with you. While Sew Powerful has many different sewing outreaches we will be focusing on making bags for schoolgirls and the ladies (moms, sisters, aunts, friends, etc.) in their lives to have a way to carry items that they need.

Sew Powerful is a Christian ministry with a missionary focus. They aim to empower people in Zambia by creating purposeful products like school uniforms, hygiene products, and food, while also providing job opportunities. While they are not explicitly a traditional missionary sending agency, they partner with volunteers and donors to support their work in Zambia, which can be considered a missionary endeavor.
