You are warmly invited to participate in an opportunity to learn about Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka and practice the preliminary technique of Anapana.

• 1:00 - 1:30 Arrival and Registration
• 1:30 - 3:00 Introduction and Anapana Meditation practice
• 3:00 - 3:30 Questions and answers

Please bring your own meditation cushions (chairs will be available on site).
