Half-day Vipassana Meditation Course for Old Students

Dear Fellow Vipassana Meditators,

You are warmly invited to join us for an Assistant Teacher led Half-day Vipassana Meditation Course. If you’ve been missing the support of a community and the opportunity to practice together, this is a chance to reconnect and deepen your meditation. The meditation course will be followed by a vegetarian lunch (provided) and an opportunity to talk with other members of the Maine Vipassana community and to discuss possible future events.

Date: Saturday, December 20, 2025

Time: 8:30am - 1:00pm

Location: Hancock Community Center, 1416 Route 1, Hancock, ME 04640

Schedule:

• 8:30 - 9:00 Arrival and registration
• 9:00 - 12:00 Meditation
• 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch and discussion with teachers and other students

Please bring your own meditation cushions/blankets (chairs will be available).
