You do not need to arrive feeling calm. Come exactly as you are, and allow the sound, salt and stillness to guide you back to centre.The Salt Therapy ExperienceWhile you meditate, a specialised halogenerator gently disperses microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade dry salt into the air. As you breathe, these fine particles are inhaled and may also settle lightly on the skin.Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a gentle, non-invasive complementary wellbeing practice.
