Schedule:
☀︎ Check-in: 8:30-8:45 AM
☀︎ Player Meeting & Group Photo: 8:50 AM
☀︎ Pool Play Begins: 9:00 AM
☀︎ Expected Duration: Min 8 set guarantee


Format & Details:
☀︎ Format: Rotating Coed Pairs (similar to KOB/QOB; teams of four; rally-focused play).

☀︎ Play: 2 rounds of pool play, Top 5 teams make a playoff pool. 

☀︎ Divisions: Coed A

☀︎ Rules: Standard Coed rules. 

☀︎ Rainout Date: In the event of inclement weather (rain/excessive heat: 95°F +), this event will be moved to TVA. Play will be from 12-5PM. In the event we are moved indoors, final playoff pool will be eliminated and we will shift to 2 rounds per pool. 

A decision will be communicated by noon, Friday, July 17th. 

If your team is not available for this time/location, please contact the event organizer for a refund. 

☀︎ Parking: Poles will be located just North of the James T. Wilson Fishing Pier, by the intersection of Point Comfort Ave and South Resort Blvd.


Prizes:
Cash prizes dependent on registrations (example based on 15 teams).

☀︎ 2nd: $120
☀︎ 3rd: $90
☀︎ 4th: $60

*There will be a different prize structure if moved indoors.
