This is more than just a plunge ~ it's a wellness journey.

✨ The Experience:

Mental & Spiritual Pre-Work: We'll begin with a brief introduction to the understand mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of cold immersion.

Guided Preparation: Before we jump in the water, you'll be guided through breathwork and movement designed to prepare your body and focus your mind for the challenge ahead.

The Plunge: Together, as a courageous group, we will take the plunge into the ocean. Experience the transformative power of the cold and raise your own dopamine!  

Warming Up & Closing Circle: After drying off, we'll serve hot, comforting tea and gather for a special closing circle. Bring your drums and percussion instruments (or just your voice) to share songs from the heart.
