Andrea Brock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience in group homes, hospitals, crisis centers, and outpatient clinics. She enjoys working with clients of all ages. Andrea specializes in the treatment of anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, life transitions, and issues of identity. She also works with neurodivergent populations, with a focus in teaching regulation and communication skills for adults with ADHD and Autism. Andrea uses an eclectic therapy style to offer her clients the most appropriate evidence-based practices to suit their needs.

Andrea completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Georgia State University. She then went on to attain her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Georgia State as well. During her education, Andrea also served as a therapeutic riding instructor and is well-versed in supporting the emotional regulation needs of special populations. Andrea is also a foster parent with extensive training and individual experience in teaching and facilitating distress tolerance and healthy coping.

During the Moment of Peace, Andrea will focus on teaching somatic and visualization exercises to support restfulness in both body and mind.
