- **Event Description**: Join Peconic Baykeeper as we patrol the Shinnecock Bay shorelines along Meadow Lane to clean up our marshes and bay beaches. This will help protect nesting shorebirds, horseshoe crabs, turtles, and other wildlife from the harmful effects of marine debris. A dumpster will be available onsite for trash disposal. Participants can choose to work at the base site or travel to other public access sites along the bay to find debris. Garbage bags and a limited amount of trash grabbers will be available. Additional notes are below:

-Dress for the Weather
-Wear sturdy footwear. Rain/muck boots are recommended to cover the most area
-Garden or light work gloves are suggested
-One Free Drink Token for the Southampton Publick House for registrants 21 year old & up.
