We are excited to announce MOTIV bowling (
http://www.motivbowling.com/) in partnership with Porters Pro shop will sponsor A new summer tradition begins this June! A month long singles tournament. $45 Entry fee gets you into your choice of the handicap or scratch division. Or enter into both for $55. Enter our ladies only or seniors only division for an additional $5 if eligible.
Fee breakdown: $15 lineage, $3 expenses, $3 to TOC prize fund. $7 to weekly payouts, $17 to overall prize fund.
Payout for overall prize fund will be1 in 6 for both divisions.
Weekly Winners in each division. Overall winner at the end of the month will be entered into the 2025 tournament of champions. Also we will raffle off Motiv Balls to be announced!
Tournament rules:
Tournament will have handicap and scratch divisions.
Handicap will be 90% of 230
Each weekly squad will have a maximum of 32 bowlers. Prepayment will be required to guarantee a spot.
Participants will bowl 3 games over 6 lanes, highest total with handicap will win. Handicap division. Highest total pins will win scratch division.
Winners of the scratch and handicap divisions will be eligible for 2024 Tournament of Champions (minimum of 30 entries)
It is the responsibility of each bowler to verify the accuracy of their average; failure to use proper averages shall disqualify scores if submitted average is different than actual average. IF you have been re-rated in the last 12 months at any tournament, you must report it in writing to the tournament director prior to squad time, if not reported, it will be grounds for disqualification.
Tournament winners will be paid within one week of the tournaments final date. And once all averages and scores have been verified.
Reentry will be permitted, but you can only cash once in each division.
