Foam Rolling 101

Foam Rolling is type of soft tissue work that can help alleviate muscle pain and tension caused by adhesions that can form between your muscles and fascia. These adhesions contribute to muscle knots, pain, soreness, and tightness.

Foam Rolling helps restore proper alignment, increase body awareness, improve posture and flexibility, and increase blood flow and circulation.

Join Lisa Friday December 12th from 6:00pm-7:30pm for this Foam Rolling 101 and Yoga Stretches Workshop. You will learn the basics of Foam Rolling as we move through a series of postures, concentrating on the lower body and back. Gentle Yoga stretches will be interspersed for a looser, relaxed, and spacious feeling.

All props will be provided. Cost is $25
