Vinyasa Flow Mondays

Yoga Mondays for all abilities, A moment of flow & calm.

Jade's Flow classes are dynamic working with elemental themes of fire, water, earth and air.

We mindfully move through asanas (poses), flowing with ease and breath to build flexibility, strength, stability and balance.

As the practice draws to an end, you'll be guided into a calming meditation, inviting deep relaxation and a sense of inner peace.

Essential oils maybe used during the relaxation.


Please note: You must be able to easily transition from floor to standing to attend these sessions.
