- **Event Description**: Matwork Pilates classes run by Chloe - a fully qualified Stott Pilates instructor - using small equipment including resistance bands, soft balls, fitness circle and weighted balls (all small equipment provided).

Classes last one hour and cost £11 per class or £10 per class if you pre-purchase 6 classes. (Pre-purchased classes come with a 2 month validity period.) Your first class is discounted to £10. There are on average 10-12 people in each class. You can join a class anytime of year as the classes are not run it terms. Normal timetable continues during school holidays.

Chloe has been running regular weekly Pilates classes and private sessions in the local area since 2017. Chloe is a qualified Merrithew Stott Pilates instructor with specialist training in back care, post spinal surgery rehabilitation, shoulder rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, HIIT, pre-natal, post-natal, chair-based Pilates and yoga. I am also a LSSM trained Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist.
