Join Diana and Rebecca on Friday, March 20th at 6:30p to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a self care experience taken either in provided zero gravity chairs or your chosen yoga mat. You will be immersed in a sound bath to include crystal sound bowls, gongs, and a tuning fork attunement along with other sound instruments purposefully chosen for the experience!
Doors open for check in at 6:15p and the event will begin at 6:30p. Please feel welcome to bring your own spirited beverages. Light refreshments will be served.
