RACE REGISTRATION:

RACE DAY DETAILS:
Register online until April 11, 2026. Race day prices will increase to $30 for the 1 mile and $40 for the 5K and 10K.
All 5K/10K runners are invited to run the 1 mile at no additional charge. 1 mile run will NOT be chip timed.
PACKET PICKUP:
Will be available Friday, April 10 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm at Deviate Physiotherapy & Performance at 485 SW Railroad Ave. Suite 101 Ponchatoula, LA. For those unavailable during this time frame, packet pickup will also be available at the event site on race day from 6:00am - 7:00am
T-SHIRTS:
Specially designed t-shirts will be given to each pre-registered runner who purchases one (sizes guaranteed if registered by March 20, 2026) If any additional t-shirts are available, they will be available for purchase on race day.
AWARDS:
Souvenir medals for all registered 1 mile, 5K and 10K finishers
5K & 10K Awards: Medals will be given to the 1st and 2nd place male and female finishers in each age group:
19 & under
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70-79
80+
A complimentary 2027 race entry will be awarded to the overall 1st and 2nd 5K finisher and overall 1st and 2nd 10K finisher.
POST RACE:
Fresh fruits, water, and homemade strawberry short cake will be available to all racers
