The Gathering is a sacred, multi generational circle where women come together to share wisdom, offer support, and nurture healing. Drawing on connection and community as sources of healing, this trauma-informed experience honors the diverse voices and lived experiences of women across all walks of life, creating a meaningful space for growth and renewal.

Each session unfolds organically, guided by the needs of the group, and may include:

?Sharing Circles: Time for reflection and mutual support. Be seen and witnessed.

?Embodied Practices: Reconnect with your body and inner knowing through gentle movement and grounding practices.

?Sound Healing and Breath: Release tension and restore balance through the vibrations of sound and the steady flow of breath.
