(NO: Firearms, Explosives, Batteries, Windows or Auto Tires (Agricultural Tires may be accepted upon inspection).)
THE SALES COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MERCHANDISE FOR SALE.
Consignment Deliveries will be taken:

Thursday     November 5, 2026 2pm to 7pm
Friday       November 6, 2026 9:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday    November 7, 2026 7am to 9:00am
Consignment Rates:

$1.00 to $5.00 = 100% Donation
10% Commission per item
NO SALE FEE = $5.00 (ALL Items (PER item))
$350.00 maximum on any item
$5.00 minimum commission per lot
Will have concessions on grounds.

Farm Equipment Consignment Auction
What time does the auction start?
• The auction starts at 10:00am sharp. We will sell the first hour on a trailer of miscellaneous tools, and farm supplies. Roughly one hour in we will begin selling large farm equipment.
What is the Commission Rate charged to consigners?
• Consignment Rates: $1.00 to $5.00 = 100% Donation
• 10% Commission per item
• NO SALE FEE = $5.00 (ALL Items (PER item))
• $350.00 maximum on any item
• $5.00 minimum commission per lot
What or Where is my bidder number?
•the bidder numbers will be mailed out with buyer letter if you are on the list from previous actions. 
• Please stop by the Auction Office and obtain a new bidder number.
When do I pay for items purchased?
• Payment must be made on the day of the sale. Payments for items selling more than $500.00 must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit prior to the removal of that item from grounds.
• The Sales Committee reserves the right to refuse bids from questionable bidders.
• NO sale fees must be paid before property removal.
When can I pick up items I have purchased?
• We ask that you remove the items of the day of the sale. No item will be loaded with loading tractor prior to 1:00pm on the day of the sale. All items when SOLD, immediately become the responsibility of the buyer! We are NOT liable for items stolen or left after the sale!!!
When can I consign?
• Farm equipment consignments can be made anytime up to Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 9:00am. This will allow for pictures to be posted on Facebook. Consigned items will not be accepted on grounds until November 5, 2026 2pm to 7pm
What type of items can I consign under small items?
• Remember this is a Farm Consignment Auction. Not yard sale. Please bundle/group your smaller items. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ITEM THAT WE FEEL IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE AUCTION. NO JUNK ITEMS.
Is there anything I can do as a consignor to make check in easier?
• Yes, if you happen to bring a load containing multiple items you can help us by providing a list of items in that load. With an itemized list we will be able to improve the speed and reduce the confusion that can sometimes occur with sizable loads of multiple items.
Where do I park?
• Please park in front of the High School.
• Loop around the school to load out.
• To keep a good flow of traffic this relies on you to listen to the team so traffic can go as smoothly as possible.
